    tori turned his back on the twins? really, not in my book it was a typical short offer to show the fans we wanted him back but not for what he was worth ...like nathan , kubel,cuddyer,santana and just about every other vemonised former twin

    personally, id love to see the reincarnation of rice and lynn in the twins outfield in 2014, as for berrios, give him 5 starts look at his record his games his mistakes his confidence and if warrented move him up, remember if griffey jr. was a twin he probally wouldnt make the show till he was 24-25years old , time for new blood and new thinking

    some or most of it looks good diehard, i think with the lack of middle infielders avalible through free agency that drew will cost more then that this off season

    to me the twins offer 1 million gaurenteed and 1 million per month hes in the majors - dl time that gives him a chance to earn 8 million or it gives him a chance to rehab and come up in june and still make 5 million with what curly is going to chase , baker might be the best of the lot when all is said and done

    d-overall i think curly ryan did a good job of sifting threw the rumbage heap to find some arms for the pen , he needs 3 more for 2013 B however in his accountability he fired the guy whos main job is to answer the phone and repeat what the manager says ....hey perkins get warmed up, but let the real culprite keep his job, F i was thinking of giving curly an incomplete, because i think if you fire the b.p coach you got to fire the pitching coach as well as for integrety i give curly a F+ you know when he is lying , his lips move.... overall the twins need to fire the 3 stooges and start over... i see tampas cross checker was just promoted to be an assistant (huff) in what area do we need the most help in drafting and developing players? i think we lost an oppertunity in not hiring him first....

    how about darren mastroanni? that is the real question,with all the ground balls he has taken at 2nd , why is he not given a shot this september to fill a hole in our infield?

    with the rays looking to hold down payroll and b.j. upton not a sure bet to return , maybe span to tampa for shields , he has 2 option years at a combined 23 million,he was ranked last week as the #13th best starterin mlb, add in diamond and deuno as your 3rd and 4th starter, that leaves you searching for a true number 2, not pavano , not baker ,not marquis... but a true #2, signing scott baker to an incentive ladden contract with a option year is a given , between baker and gibson , 1 should be able to come at the end of may or june to replace ,and contribute to the rotation, that leave middle infield hep and at least 2 quality reliever we need to add for next year
