I haven't read anything on trade rumors about baldelli , I really can't believe there is no interest in him ... 🤣🤣🤣

I'm just coming for lunch , went to draft tracker and saw 2 trades made , Bader and Stewart .... Anything else ... No tome to look at returning players , are they anything we can use immediately , again Stewart is controllable so we didn't need to trade him so his return should be something good ... Let me know , I'll check back , busy day for me ... Can falvey be trusted ? Or has he filled us with a bunch of mullarky once again on the forward plan ...

Not totally impressed so far ... As I've stated in past posts , if the twins trade a player with team control they should be getting players back that are major league ready to help our team ... We didn't need to sell Duran , trade rumors said there was multiple teams salivating over Duran , seems like we came up alittle short , if it would have been Jax being dealt for Abel and Tait that would have seemed fair to me ... Did falvey and company get screwed , I bet ya they didn't even get kissed ... Let's make a deal but get it right to help the club now , not 3 years from now ...

I not going to judge the players we got back from the Duran trade ... I am going to judge the incompetency of selling low on Duran ... Selling a solid closer with team control away that other teams were salivating for and falvey and company trades for players that may not help us immediately , that's a head scratcher to me , they do trade for a need in catcher that could be 3 years away , we need a catcher for 2026 and Tait may not be needed in 3 years if he even remains a catcher .. The word is both players come with risk , Abel to my understanding is going to start in AAA , St Paul , hope we get a chance to see him pitch this year , he has a small sample size of pitching in the mlb level so it sounds like he is major league ready ... Disappointed that they didn't immediately better the team with offense which is much needed ... If Philadelphia win 3 world series in a row with duran , we definitely lost this trade , twins will be lucky to win 1 world series ... How do you trade a proven player with team control for risk taking players in return ( head scratcher to me ) ... Today is another day of trading , this should of been the day when twins daily should have posted the article , DOʻ WE TRUST FALVEY TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES ...

The pohlads just don't care , they once said the twins were a total system failure and fired Terry Ryan ... I think fans would respect the pohlads some if they would come out and say it again ... THIS IS A TOTAL SYSTEM FAILURE ...

I would have preferred painter and trade rumors said the twins were asking for him and moved on to other teams , I guess they didn't move on , they just settled for second best ... I'm sure if we would have gotten painter they would have made us take Kepler , kinda like the paddack trade , they made Detroit take dobnak ....

2 1/2 years of control traded for a almost 19 year old catcher that really has some it's ... Abel slated as a 3rd or 4th starter , well Abel sounds like he is major league ready , but we should have addressed our offense with a major league ready bat ... Not sure how to grade this trade but right now I feel like falvey doesn't know what their plan is going forward from the deadline ... I would have held out for painter , duran with 2 1/2 years left , his value should of been greater than what we got .... i guess we'll here falveys words repeatedly , WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE ... I didn't get to watch , I forgot it was matinee , I just came in for a break and brought up the box score ... UGLY , UGLY , UGLY was my reaction ... Nothing to get excited about wallner hitting a solo homerun , hes a liability in right field , he's going to finish out the year I'm sure , but he's got to be better defensively and offensively or next spring he's going to have to earn a roster spot , maybe a permanent DH , right now he looks completely lost on both sides of the ball ... Trade rumors think Duran will be traded today , it says the twins were asking for painter from the Phillies but have moved on to other clubs for now ( Seattle , dodgers , yankees , toronto and a few other clubs that are interested ), it's wait and see but the better get it right and get major league ready players to substitute for our team controlled players if traded ... Also I see the mayor twins both got traded , Tyler is going to the Mets and Taylor is going to Pittsburgh according to trade rumors ... I see we demoted ohl and brought up Davis ,

Its reminding me of the movie money ball if you get my drift ... Billy doing something no one has ever done , in the conference room with scouts and trying to make a roster to replace players they lost to free agency , everyone shaking their heads not understanding Billy's theory on getting on base , they all thought he'd get fired but it worked out for him , I don't know if it's working so well in baseball anymore but that's another discussion ..... yes falvey is trying something different on this piggybacking pitchers in development stuff in minors , they're not letting pitchers throw many innings or pitches in the minors , and I'm not sure it's working at the major league level , i see no stamina in the starters , swr , slim reaper , Matthew's maybe is an exception ... Ohl threw two innings tonight through the lineup 1 time , got bombed 2nd time through the order ... Falvey has been a follower of how baseball operates , he and baldelli haven't been good at thinking outside the box , will this be sucessful , so far I don't see any success except in the minors ... Baseball has always been , develop starters and develop relievers , I don't want a team of all relievers , I want starters that are bulldogs , give me the ball and let me pitch types ... They haven't had success in developing homegrown starters but have finally had success in developing homegrown relievers ... You catch my drift ...

Sloppy play , I dont even know if red Sox deserved to win this game , 1 player just can't carry us to Victory , Lee with all 5 rbi's

There are some players that will finish out the season but come spring training they are going to have to earn their roster spot ... These at bats are pathetic , pitiful and piss poor ...

What i hate worse than a boring game is a game that seems to take forever to get over ... And now Lee hits a 2 run homer ... Yippee ...

I think i read he hasn't pitched more than 4 inning per game this season , so he's on pace for 80 pitches and 4 innings ...

This is where falvey and company lost my trust , he keeps everything under wraps and won't listen to the fans voices ... Twins fans get an opportunity to ask falvey questions at twins fest about the direction of the twins , his replies are sound but he never follows through with them ... To me that's a stab in the back , who should trust him if he's a back stabber , fans , other teams personal , he's worn out his welcome with the fans and other teams personal by TRYING to be the smartest person in the room ... When the team is playing bad he goes into hiding and has his scapegoats covering for him with the media ( Levine and new GM , whats his name ), when they are playing good he's in front of the cameras taking credit ... 8 years and counting and he hasn't proved a whole lot and only antagonizes the fan base with his closed door philosophy ...
