  1. Apparently the father claimed the body, which just goes to show that no matter how estanged you are from your children or how wicked their actions, you are still a parent first and foremost.
  2. A true Puerto Rican great, the stick by which other ball players to come from the island will forever be measured.
  3. Hugh Hefner Marries Crystal Harris - Yahoo! omg! Evidently he's also still in his "blonde period"
  4. Definately not a good day to be an NFL coach or gm (even on a winning team for that matter)
  5. I agree, this "play-off run" could very well be a one and done with the personnel available. But crazier things have happened.
  6. 9 yds., 27 feet, 324 inches. But hey, next week we get to do it all over again.
  7. So "life-like", you would have groups like PETA and ALF taking up arms thinking they were the real thing.
  8. To change the subject just slightly, it will be interesting to see what the geneticists discover with their research. Was the guy wired wrong from birth, a product of his environment, or both? And as far as weapons are concerned, I agree that assault weapons (as least in the hands of civilans) seems absurd. I have yet to see your average hunter out in the field utilizing such a weapon for game (at least I don't).
  9. Statfreak would have been right in the thick of of it
  10. If he can guide the team to a win this upcoming Sunday, he has my vote
  11. "Stormin" Norman Schwarzkopf dead at the age of 78
  12. If there is one thing that is guaranteed for Sunday's game, it's the nosie; on a scale of 1. (Quiet) - 5. (Loud), I would estimate the level being someone in the 8. (Insane) range.
  13. Musk posted a thread on the subject a little while back. From what I was able to glean, the criteria has not changed.
  14. Injuries have been bad to the team no doubt, but that doesn't excuse the lack of fundamentals shown by many (the above offers a prime example of such)
  15. Blair Walsh is starting to become one of the steals of the 2012 draft. The 54 yd. kick he made today looked liked it would have been good from 64.
  16. Based on what Ponder did today, I would say that his legs are just as good as anyone in the league. He just needs to find the consistency that has been sorely lacking from his game.
  17. It will be interesting to see what kind of a team Green Bay shows up with next week. Do they bring their full complement of starters, believing they still have something to prove, or do they start most of their second stringers, feeling content with having their place in the playoffs secured?
  18. With his comments this past off-season, I think the writing is pretty much on the wall.
  19. The more darts you throw, sooner or later you're bound to hit the bulls-eye, right?
  20. Right Said Fred - I`m Too Sexy (The Original) - YouTube Thought I would throw that in and see where it carries the conversation
  21. But he just got hitched today to a smokin' hot wife, that should help matters some-what (wait a minute)
  22. Robert Bork, former Solicitor General and Supreme Court nominee, dead at 85
  23. Interesting, the main guy that was wanted in the Santana trade five years ago may now finally become a Twin. Talk about coming full-circle.
  24. With the way that he's been saddled with carrying the team on his back for the entire season, I would have to vote yes (even though one season does not a hall of fame career make).
