    Twins need to add to the bullpen. These early season losses due to all the walks and bullpen leakage are going to haunt the team down the stretch. I know expectations are low but when your getting good enough starting pitching most games to win, you should have at least a decent bullpen. I don't think fans would be opposed to the Twins adding to the bullpen this early in the season.

    Agreed Saints should be playing Roden at 1st base. First base is the biggest opportunity for playing time with Twins.

    Wallner still has minor league options.

    Wallner should be demoted to the Saints. Striking out way too much, not playing good defense. Outman should just be released.

    Lee is popular guy on team but he is pressing at the plate. He could use some days off.

    Clemmens is a way below average hitter this year and should be DFA' candidate. He will be pushing Mendoza line soon.

    Predictable Cody Clemmens strike out. If he wasn't a first basemen with decent glove he would have no role on the Twins. Cody is not a good hitter, and as below average on base percentage. He should never be batting 5th.

    If Clemens continues to not hit and strike out this much, he should not even be on Twins roster

    Not the way he was pitching. He barely got out of the 8th. Two hard hit balls to the gap in the 9th. After 1 out a 4 pitch walk. Morris to me is more suited to start then come out of the bullpen in a high leverage spot. I like Morris, but I don't think he is suited for a bullpen role. Honestly I would like Simeon Woods-Richardson and Morris to swap spots. I think Sim more suited to pitch out if the pen and Morris more suited to start and go long. SIM has breaking pitches that would work out of the pen. Like you said Morris is more of a starter.

    I'm not saying all at once, but if your gonna lose games like this weekend, might at well do it developing talent for the next competitive cycle.

    Give him some more talent. Morris should never have went back in for the 9th. 28 pitches in the 8th, he was cooked. Shelton should have gave the 9th to someone else.

    What are the predictions on bringing up dome of the triple AAA guys? Culpepper, Hernandez, Gonzalez, Walker Jenkins, Roden, Prirlepp? I mean you see the bad defense this weekend, maybe Maybe May, but why keep losing games with the same old players. Boring baseball wuth bad defense and lack of clutch hitting.

    I mean we had a 3 to 1 lead in 9th inning and you put an unproven, untested bullpen arm out for a second inning. Why? Players made the mistakes late, but I still don't like the decision by Shelton to send Morris out in the 9th. TWINS lost all 3 games this weekend with bad defense and poor hitting. Today they snatched defeat from jaws of victory. There are players on Twins MLB roster that do not belong.

    Bullpen and Funderburk hitting that base runner was key play in the 7th led to an additional run, an underlying cause of the loss.. Funderburk has decent stuff but he loses focus a lot and does dumb stuff. Then Brooks Lee whiffs on the ball and Twins give up the Sac fly foe a run. Story of the Twins season last year. This group is ranked 29th on defense in tge league for a reason we can bit j about the offense, strike outs but Twins poor defense bites them again and again. When you have a small margin for error self inflicted errors pile up. Maybe time for the kid in AAA to man shortstop position. This team doesn't have much injury margin either to key players. Clemmons isn't hitting a lick, not sure why he is on the Twins. Defense not enough for a lack of hitting or on base percentage. A few spots on the Twins could be improved. Keaschall gets a leadoff double, doesn't even move off second base. Twins ugly defense even amongst the nice plays lets them down.

    Abel really is enducing some groundball outs tonight. He is good when he pitches games like tonight.Falvey might have really did the Twins a solid bringing on Bradley and Abel in light on injury's. Pleasant surprise.

    Twins have the highest amount of ABS challenges in MLB. Who knew Twins were getting the shaft on balls and strike calls? WHO, Who, who. TWINS FANS, that's who.

    Yes I miss having Louis Varland on the Twins. Hulk would make a good closer. We are not getting him back I don't think.

    He plays ok defense, but he outman cannot hit a lick. Roden not exactly lighting it up for Saints.

    I think it is the configuration of Rogers place, having to cover a lot of ground with footspeed rather than arm. Larnach doesn't throw very well.

    Winning is a good deodorant as John Madden used to say. I like positive Twins news, rather than being negative goose. I could get used to this winning thing.

    Athletic play by Refsnyder, seems to be fitting in well with Seattle.
