  1. Spring training.......that Astudillo defense.
  2. And Adrianza pulls Sano. SMH. LaMarre is a journeyman fill in rental right now.
  3. 11 pitches, and 3 outs. Stanton, Torres, and Sanchez. 6 outs to go. Time for some insurance Bombas!!!
  4. Lance Lynn now coming out for the 7th with 86 pitches and 9 Ks. He does owe us, right?
  5. Many stadiums have stopped this GBA. I agree. It was for the 9-11 memories. Take Me Out to the Ball Game is just fine, and plenty, for the 7th inning stretch.
  6. Nice to see a towering fly caught without someone running in at full speed at the last minute.
  7. Must not know whether to keep him around for next year? How could that still be in question?
  8. 9 outs left for the Yankees! We need a rally to take up time and be the last ones at bat just in case! Time for a back to back!!!! (with Torreyes, Miller, and Wade..... the fearsome...... coming up after Castro)
  9. Perez with 98 pitches.... what is the point to keep him in their, Ehrie? Get the 20 relievers rest?
  10. Yankees with all their starters (all back, except Hicks and Gardner is like a starter) in the game, including Stanton and Sanchez. It would be so cool if we are tied, and Cruz pinch hits in the 9th, and finishes the record.
  11. Now through 4.5 innings, the Rangers with Lance Lynn (now at 71 pitches and 8 Ks) on the mound..... 12 outs left for the Yankees. A one homer lead for the Twins.... MORE BOMBAS!!!!
  12. Yankees have 15 outs left, now one behind.............
  13. The one he hit was - middle vertically inside power lane..... it was a couple pitches back (second pitch to Cuthbert) that the right down the middle swing and miss happened. Typing delay.
  14. 70 pitches........ that's enough, right Ehire!
  15. He just got away with a no movement 94 mph fastball right down the middle. I guess it is only a mistake if someone hits it, eh? Whoops........ didn't get away with that one. Torreyes trying to be a hero after the bobble. They just can't help themselves.
  16. I do, I do! ....... no pom-poms, though.
  17. Watch Schoop get the starts in the ALDS and be a hero and be a monster. It doesn't have to be a negative. He could very well take the opportunity and make it happen.
  18. Judge, solo, in the third. This is fun. MORE HOME RUNS!
  19. "Twins infielder Luis Arraez was diagnosed with a Grade 1 sprain in his right ankle, an MRI exam revealed on Sunday. The Twins will take things day by day and pursue aggressive treatment, though there is no timeline for Arraez's return to action. Arraez is wearing a protective boot for now, and the ankle is stable, but the question is when normal function and range of motion can be restored and how the pain can be managed. Grade 1 is considered the least severe level of sprain." That's the best news from yesterdays bumper cars with Astudillo. At least he got a golf cart ride. Helped the drama. Perhaps he will take a quick "Circle of Awareness" course while he is getting treatments.
  20. Seriously....... another instruction? After all that? MORE HOME RUNS!!!!!!
  21. Adrianza should be fired. He started Perez.
  22. It's NOT a trade off. There is NO trade off. Each stands on it's own. Of course all fans want a championship. You are, of course welcome to you thought process, however. And I am certainly not one to tell you how to think or what to do.
  23. Why these guys keep throwing pitches right in the middle of the zone to Soler baffles me.
  24. Losing the title does not insure the other. Neither does winning it. I don't even see how they are connected. I say beat them and bury them any way you can and at every opportunity. I am not "fine" with losing anything to them ever. Win 102, tie the team record, and take home the home run record that we had the lead in all season long. Then go beat them in the ALDS. I am much finer with that. But some settle for second. At this point in the season and the year and record books........ I have to think more positively and with conviction. I have had my fill of losing to the Yankees. I am glad the Twins are feeling me and MY vibe. 2 and counting.....
