  1. Sounds like he was in the passenger seat, 4 or 5 people total in the car, he was the only one who passed away. Single car accident as they hit a downed tree. I think it's important at times like this to always remember to wear your seat-belt, I'm not going to say Yorman wasn't wearing a seat-belt, but typically when it's a one car accident and one person passes away that is usually the case. Hopefully his team-mates, fans, and friends can learn from this to ensure that no more lives are extinguished to early. If it turns out he wasn't wearing a seat belt, this story is even more tragic as it would have been avoidable. 2016 has been a real gut punch.
  2. I have one, but it will just get lost in this random shuffle of nothingness.
  3. I'm also 99.9% convinced that Sydney Ponson fan was actually Sydney Ponson himself. I remember checking the IP logs and they lined up BIG time to where the Twins were staying at the time. (Minneapolis, Ft Myers and on the road)
  4. This thread has gone way to far off topic. I suggest we close it up, and I will start a new one that recaps all of the recent info.
  5. Tragic. Especially when someone is that young and has their whole life ahead of them.

  7. The best part is he doesn't take sports or himself to seriously. He can make you laugh a bunch of times after a really ****ty (insert Minnesota sports team that always breaks your heart) here. His bits are legendary. Paul Allen is the one I have to take in small doses. Just not my cup of tea. power trip is solid, and I never listen to Barriero for some reason so i have no opinion on him.
  8. You can always got delete a couple posts from page 5 and nobody would notice!
  9. It was even better when Nachos Bell Grande was on the mound.
  10. But Alvarez IMO isn't a top 25 prospect in all of baseball or anything, I think he is closer to a 40-60 range guy.
  11. Again I would be shocked if this trade doesn't happen, this source doesn't let me down. But in the extremely rare chance it does happen, it's important to keep in mind these things sometimes do happen and things fall apart last second. It's never official til it's signed as they say. I know this sounds like I am hedging things, but I'm not, just pointing it out. I don't mind taking the ribbing if it doesn't happen though. But it will. Book it.
  12. Hey guys, Fiance is coming home after being out of town all week, so I will prob be out of commission for the rest of the evening if you catch my drift...... Of course I mean: /frantically cleans apartment top to bottom //restocks bar ///lights 50 candles to get that whole "beef jerky" smell out of the house /////passing out from cleaning fumes. Will update this thread if I hear anything major though.
  13. Bellinger is indeed looking less and less likely. I personally think you are over valuing both Stewart and Alvarez though..no offense. Dozier absolutely MASHED last year, and would have hit damn near 50 bombs in any park IMO. I think his power is very sustainable as well.
