  1. It would’ve been ludicrous for the Twins to have not takin the lead that inning.
  2. Never a doubt…….. that it would be a nail biter.
  3. As I mentioned earlier why do the Twins always have to hit into in this case second and third outs on the first pitch when they have something going?
  4. Lead off walk in an inning scores 58% of the time. Even for the Twins!
  5. Do twins hitters always have to swing at the first pitch and end the inning once they get an opportunity?
  6. Nice home run by Lewis. I was even more impressed with the pitches that he didn’t swing at in that at bat.
  7. Heard the one for walks on the minor league game that was being covered before the Twins game started. And then I just googled the one for a single. Interesting difference between the two.
  8. Leadoff single in an inning scores 37.7% of the time.
  9. Six pitches and the sides retired. Don’t know if either one of them swung at a strike.
  10. So Lewis not only changed his eye black design. He changed the color to blue.
  11. Pretty good pitch there, but once again the twins batter was wanting to walk and struck out.
  12. Martin wanted to walk. He was afraid to hit, and he struck out.
  13. Kody’s arm may be weak, but his bat is !!!strong
  14. Shouldn’t have pitched the Witt, I wouldn’t have and Kody’s arm is weak
  15. I thought Shelton would’ve left Gomez in.
  16. Great piece of hitting by Witt, and even a finer catch by Larnach!
