  1. It’s been this way for years. I don’t anticipate a change anytime soon. They’ve got lots of other things to work on I guess.
  2. Don’t forget the pitcher can field it over there, and besides that it’s really hard for these guys that never bunt to actually put a bat on the ball. When they do try it usually ends up in a miss or a pop-up that’s easily caught. I am all for taking an outside pitch and just poking it through the hole.
  3. Twins hitters are doing an experiment. Starting with the last game against Philly, they decided to see how many runs they needed to give their pitchers in the first inning or two to see what the minimum would be that would hold up. Five didn’t but four did so they’re trying two tonight.
  4. Typical bases loaded production by the Twinks.
  5. The rat lives through his sacrifice!
  6. Maybe Bucks hip is fixed now. Nope wrong side now he’s got two bad hips.
  7. I can’t find it on Twins daily right now Shelton‘s interview after the game yesterday really ticked me off. He admitted he was frustrated but in regards to Kramer he said that he was just fine out there and that the Phillies just got to him.
  8. The bullpen will be taxed tonight. Bailey is averaging over 20 pitches an inning. He’ll be lucky to go five unless that changes.
  9. I remember 2019 when Perez look like a Cy Young award winner for the Twins and then totally went South. During the second half he couldn’t get anybody out all of a sudden
  10. This is all well and good, but I’ve seen these ducks fart underwater before.

  12. I’m sick of Buxton. He’s always been a streaky hitter at best. And when he’s going bad, there’s no hope for him. He’ll swing at pitches all over the place.
  13. Jeffers has seen Duran‘s pitches a lot. Maybe time for a walk off?
  14. He forgot and thought he was running to first base
  15. White Sox sweep Detroit and suddenly they’re looking like the real thing. I don’t mean a Coca-Cola either.
  16. Seems like our stellar eighth and ninth inning guys have kind of lost their charm the last few outings
  17. He was missing up and away with all of his pitches. That tells me he’s tired and overthrowing to compensate.
  18. I don’t give a bleep about trust in that situation. He has got to see what’s happening with his eyes, and make the change.
  19. I guess Shelton doesn’t care about getting into the playoffs you’d rather just hang a pitcher out to dry.
  20. So you think you should let his freak flag fly? I like to see them tied up while they’re pitching. They don’t look like hippies playing baseball that way.
  21. Wipe the blood off of that ball, Larnach killed it!
  22. If Clements wasn’t our most versatile defender, and a good one at that it would be easier to play him part-time. However, he may not be near the hitter on a part-time basis as he is as a full-time player. Granted, although he’s one of the best lefty on lefties, we have his hitting suffers there.
