    In my opinion... it's what Falvey/Lavine have to do now. They got be a tough on mediocre or bad play. We just had a 5 plus ERA in 2016. We can't allow the same guys to do the same thing again without cutting the cord.

    I really try to put myself in their shoes. His career is slipping on him... at least it is going to feel like that to him. It's a tragic moment... I feel for the guy.

    He is getting behind way too frequently. When he does get two strikes on a batter. His waste pitch is miles from the strikezone so he really wastes it. And because he can't locate... When he tries to correct his waste pitch by making it closer to the zone... He grooves it. He can't locate and he will get lit up until he figures it out.

    Dozier dropped a double play turn Castro got a ball knocked out of his glove on a play at the plate. On the plus side... Buxton almost made the catch of decade and he made a decent throw to the plate that would have nabbed the runner if Castro held on.

    I do agree with you. Not Buxton's effort but a turn by Dozier and Castro hanging on would have hung a zero for Gibson. But... He ain't pitching good. Meatball or Way off the plate.

    Polanco's arm is just fine. Can you pass this message to all your friends so I don't read about his arm issues anymore. That was a bullet for the final out of the 1st.
