    I like the fact that they are talking about continuous learning. The guidance shouldn't stop once you're up in the majors, and the front office is last saying that, along with hiring people who are capable of teaching, much like the Rowson hire. This is encouraging, but since I'm skeptical by nature, I'll wait for results.

    I like the out of the box thinking. Moving Rosario to 3rd is interesting, but very unlikely. Option 4 to me seems not only plausible, but a good idea. If you look at Escobar's career, he has posted an OPS+ of at least 100 several times, has shown some pop in his bat, he just hasn't received consistent at bats, some of which are his own fault. I think his defense would improve if he was able to focus on one position instead of multiple positions. He could just be a late bloomer similar to Dozier, but not to his level.

    Neil Allen should go, other than that, I don’t see a need to make any other changes.

    Sano was activated from the 10 day DL. Hopefully this means he is at least available to PH for the Detroit series, maybe DH against the evil empire on the 3rd.

    Trading Santana makes the most sense. Sell high on a pitcher that has been pitching above his career averages, entering his mid 30s. His future production can easily be replaced in FA this winter, and the prospects he could net would be helpful going forward.
