The Extensions: For the youngsters, I'm using the scariness of the lockout and a 5M signing bonus to entice them to sign. I’m willing go higher with Jenkins ($10M?) if needed, since he got the biggest signing bonus and it happened most recently

Pablo - Ripping up his current deal. New Deal is 3/60 - 10/25/25. This saves the Twins some money for the signing bonuses that you'll see in a second. Pablo doesn’t mind a lower 2027 salary since it would be pro-rated if the season is shortened.

Priellip and Abel - Same offer of 7/50 - I think maybe Prielipp has one more year of team control than Abel, but it would be Super 2. Close enough for this exercise. The 7^th year is a team option. $5M signing bonus – 1/2/4/5/5/10/18TO

Keaschall – 5 years of team control remaining – 7/65 - Fully guaranteed. $5M signing bonus – 1/9/10/10/10/10/10

Jenkins – 6 years of team control remaining – 9/98 – Final year is a team option. $5M signing bonus – 1/3/5/7/8/9/15/20/25TO

Culpepper – 6 years of team control remaining – 8/80 – Final year is a team option. $5M signing bonus – 1/5/8/8/10/10/13/20TO

I'm open to talking with Lee and Zebby about extensions, but those don't interest me as much. I suspect Zebby would be open to it since he didn't get much of a signing bonus when he was drafted and hasn't really earned that much yet in his career

Trading Joe Ryan to the Padres for Freddy Fermin and a decent prospect.
Parting ways with Larnach and Ober via low wattage trades or not offering arbitration
Attempting to trade Lewis, but would have him back at $5M if the trades weren’t interesting
