Note: on Diamondcentric, the "start new topic" button exists, but on TwinsDaily, that button is replaced by a "become a caretaker" ad

 

This is in regards to my question on why I can't contribute using the plus button in the top right corner.

You can write a blog post now, you just needed to have a couple of posts approved by moderators. Click Blogs at the top of any page to get to the page to start the process.
