I admit not knowing as much as i should about Fargo's surroundings.

I just went looking at a map to see how far west Valley City was.

(i did know enough not to ask if there was an East Fargo, though)

I believe i lived in Fargo when i was 2-3 years old. I don't remember anything specifically. My dad taught in Valley City, so it might have been anywhere between, and just referred to as Fargo the same way as i say i'm from Boston rather than Somerville or Wakefield (still one of may favorite Boston pitchers)
