Major League Baseball has put in place rules and stipulations for the MLB Draft Lottery that have changed how the MLB Draft operates for decades. The lottery will not always let the team with the worst record from the previous season have the first overall pick, so Jamie and Jeremy explain why the Colorado Rockies can't pick higher than 10th after setting a franchise worst 43-119 record in 2025.
