Anthony doing a great job. Letting us watch speaking when needed.

Nothing against LaPanta, I was just wondering what the circumstances were for him to be there.

I’m with you. Might be taking a series off I’d guess.

Kiersey, Jr.  ????

I'm not privy to why people are so focused on Keirsey Jr. ' s problems at the plate when he is strictly a use only in case of emergency reserve when Royce Lewis has been worse this season in a full time role. I hope Royce pulls out of it but it is odd how he is seen as a critical core player when he is so clearly not functioning at anything close to full physical ability which is obvious to anyone watching the games. Yes I'm hoping Lewis goes on a tear but he looks far worse in all aspects of baseball than Keirsey Jr. has ever looked.

Good news dept is that Paddack is being reasonably efficient so far. Of course if we get zero runs, the chances of winning drop considerably.

I think Royce needs to be sent down and retool his swing. The current version of end of the bat hold it high and swing hard is obviously not working.

Has Kiersey ever produced at the Majors --  thats the issue --he never will on a regular basis,  used right he can be a good role player

He doesn't swing hard. That's part of the problem. His swing is all arms. No balance, lower half all over the place.

I see the offense is back to "what am I swinging at" mode again. We go through these spells of lack of pitch recognition . . . it gets painful watching.

It's highly contagious.

You answered your own question. I don't quite understand why someone who is not 100% AND struggling is up. Now he'll hit a 3 run homer.

Agreed on all arms swing thing. Maybe his lower half is torqued, tweaked and scar tissued up.
