IdahoPilgrim Provisional Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 I thought the game was tonight?
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 I thought the game was tonight?Me too! Of course, that might get me banned if I pointed out a mistake by Rocketpig.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted June 15, 2013 Author Posted June 15, 2013 Heh, I had my phone on Sunday's game. I thought it seemed a little odd that the game was so early.

boylan Provisional Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Clete Thomas is leading off. Tonight's line up almost looks better if you read it bottom up.
jokin Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Clete Thomas is leading off. Tonight's line up almost looks better if you read it bottom up. Hmmm? Nailed it last night. I know they are diminishing, but have they totally disappeared. Aside: All it took was Dickbert to comment that Florimon's numbers had consistently stayed between .240 & .260 for him to exceed .260 for a day and now slide to their current level. .228 BA with a .635 OPS.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Another thought: Justin Morneau has the fifth best slugging percentage of today's starting lineup. He has a higher SLG% than Parmelee, Thomas, Dozier, and Florimon (aka Murder's Row).
raindog Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Clete Thomas is batting leadoff. Clete Thomas is batting leadoff. Let that sink in.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Clete Thomas is batting leadoff. Clete Thomas is batting leadoff. Let that sink in. Clete Thomas's given first name is Michael. Some folk won't go by a middle name of "Clete", but then again, some folk'll. Let that sink in.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 And Clete still doesn't have a hit in this game. Bad choice of a leadoff hitter.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 And Clete still doesn't have a hit in this game. Bad choice of a leadoff hitter. Yeah man... Clete has been up all day... He shoulda had by noon at least.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Around the league... Ben Revere 3-3 today... 12 for 20 now since he visited Minnesota.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 No-Drama Deduno in the first. Can't possibly remain that way, can it?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Thomas read what rain dog and Ashbury said and came up with a rebuttal.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Yeah man... Clete has been up all day... He shoulda had by noon at least. There, finally. Broke the drought.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 No-Drama Deduno in the first. Can't possibly remain that way, can it? I hope not.. More fun with a little drama.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Well, at least we got the no-hit monkey off our backs right away. Baby steps.
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 So, RB, you weren't here yesterday - what is the weirdest medical procedure you, or a close relative, has had done?
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 I hope not.. More fun with a little drama. 3-0 on Fielder enough drama to suit?
