2024 Twins Caravan Event - January 24th, Old Timers' Hot Stove Banquet

January 24, 2024: Old Timers Hot Stove League Banquet:

The wildly popular annual St. Paul Baseball Old Timers' Hot Stove League Banquet (a Twins Caravan Event!) will be held on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 at the Southview Country Club in West St. Paul.  (Proceeds from the banquet benefit local youth baseball and other charitable organizations, such as Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul.)

The head table will, once again, be loaded with notable speakers and guests. Being emceed by Sean Aronson (St. Paul Saints Vice President, Director of Broadcasting & Media Relations), current head-table guests / speakers include Rocco Baldelli (current Twins Manager), Derek Falvey (current Twins President of Baseball Operations), Jerry Bell (Retired President and member of the Twins HOF), Jim Rantz (retired Director of Minor Leagues and Twins HOF member), Derek Sharrer (Executive Vice President & General Manager of the St. Paul Saints) -- along with Tim Tschida (St. Paul native and retired Major League Baseball Umpire), and John Anderson (Head Coach of the MN Golden Gophers). Old Timers Member, Fr. Dan Haugan (Pastor of Lumen Christi Catholic Community in St. Paul), will deliver a fun pre-dinner invocation. Additional head-table guests will be announced via the Old Timers' web page.

A fabulous steak dinner will be served, with a vegetarian meal option available upon request.  

• Batting Practice (social hour) begins: 5:30 pm
• Game Time (dinner and program): 7:00 pm
• A Silent Auction, featuring a wide-variety of Twins and general sports memorabilia, will also be available as well, beginning during the social hour.
• An Audience Question & Answer Session with the head-table guests -- along with a FREE Door-Prize Drawing -- will conclude the evening. All attendees may enter the drawing at the registration table upon arrival.
