Joe Bisenius is a former big leaguer who was hired just a few years ago by the Twins. He lives in Omaha and covers Nebraska, the Dakotas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and parts of Illinois. Parker and others interviewed him for about 30 minutes about his job and what he likes to look for in baseball players and his thoughts on multi-sport players and such. 

It really is a good listen.
