Leadership can be incredibly valuable. Among the many deficiencies with the current projected Minnesota Twins pitching staff is a lack of experience, particularly in the rotation. The free agent market was thinned out prior to the MLB lockout, but could the front office persuade either Zack Greinke or Clayton Kershaw to sign?
