I have to say I disagree with Aaron on the service time issue. He uses the Rays as a model franchise when it comes to holding players back. I think it has handcuffed them year after year. If I were a Rays fan, I would be pissed they're not bringing their top prospect up to start the year, especially in that division. Games in April mean the same as games in September.
