Catch-up
After jumping out to an early 4-0 lead on the strength of home runs from Hays,Nunez, and Davis the O's looked primed to take down the Twins in game one. But behind a 2-Bomba day from Sano and some other clutch hitting the Twins pulled away 7-5 and are looking to take the series tonight.

Storylines
1. Despite all the hype around the Bomba Squad, lost in the shuffle is the season being had by Homer Bailey. Bailey leads the Twins staff in ERA and is atop the AL in ERA and WHIP making a push for an All-Star position.
2. The O's came into Target Field yesterday and quickly quieted the crowd going up early 4-0 and despite losing, that has to carry some momentum for the O's here in game two with the thought that the offense is potentially coming back around.
3. On the mound for the Orioles is the former Twin Kohl Stewart (4-3, 62.0IP, 33ER in two season with Minnesota, 6 starts).
