Nationals Park

The best part about the park is the location. It's a short walk to everything interesting in DC and it's surrounded by great DC restaurants.

As for the park itself: Lots of alcohol (it's DC, after all) and lots of junky state fair-style food. The food isn't as bad as Wrigley and there is a lot of variety. Check out Jammin Island BBQ.

If you are seeing a night game and plan to take the subway, there are potential concerns as the Metro stops running at 11:30 M-Th.  1:00 am F and Sat., 11:00 pm on Sunday.  There was a lot of press surrounding this issue during last years playoff.

Yeah, Ive walked around the park a few years ago (Im sure it changed since then), but there seemed to be some cool places. Thanks for the BBQ recommendation.

Ive heard about the subway issues. I'm getting old, and have a conference that starts pretty early in the morning, so I doubt I'll be out that late anyway. Thanks for the heads up.
