Report: Twins Sign Former Cardinals OF Shane Robinson

According to the Star Tribune's Lavelle E Neal, the Twins have signed former Cardinals outfielder Shane Robinson to a minor league contract.

The right-handed hitting Robinson has been back and forth on the major league roster, posting a career .231/.303/.308 batting line while playing adequate defense. The former fifth round pick by the Cardinals has been mainly used as a pinch hitter and defensive replacement in the outfield.
