Buxton, Reed Represent Twins in Fall Stars Game Saturday

Byron Buxton and Jake Reed were selected to play in Saturday's (Nov. 1) Arizona Fall League Fall Stars Game. It will start at 7:08 (central time), and has typically been aired on MLB Network and MLB.com.

Good for them.  Was hoping Rosario would also be picked given his stats.  Any reason why he was not?

I don't think this game in particular is really based all that much on how the player's have been performing in the League.  They want to draw in fans, so the big, well-known names get preference.

 

I'm pretty sure Buxton played in it last year as well, when he nearly was below the mendoza line in league play.
