The work he has done in AAA has been phenomanal. Last year (and maybe the year before) the red wings stunk out of the gate. Their roster was constantly changing. The Twins FO shortchanged them on roster spots and really the Twins did everything possible to make it hard for Glynn to win.

 

But he turned the team around and got them to the playoffs.

 

This is the guy I want to lead the team after Gardy

What impresses me the most is how he seems to get everyone to buy in. Most on the roster are hoping for a cup of coffee, or maybe a utility role. He plays everyone quite a bit and moves players all over the field. Makes it fun but also prepares players to have more value to a big league team too.
