I watched some of his game over milb.com gameday. From what I could see he was pitching up in the zone. - like a lot of Strike out artists do. I noticed that he his GB rate is down from years past.

Why is Stuart Turner placed on inactive list? There had to be several options when Twins decided to place Rosario on Miracle.
