Just bought a sweet Hicks autographed hat on ebay the other day for $6.00, hopefully he can fulfill what some people have called a pretty talented player.

Looks like Marquis pitched well too, 2 Runs 8 IP, that is a good sign.

Beresford was my favorite Snapper SS over the years, you wouldn't think he would be much of a player to look at him but he made the plays and seemed to really have control of the infield. See where he is playing 2b now, has he put on any weight? He was a pretty skinny guy back here.

He may have filled out a little, but I don't recall thinking he was bulky by any means.

The AFL might have be a precursor to a more high octane result. Here's hoping to it!

As I have been saying about Hicks . . . he is A: ready for MLB defensively, B: ready for MLB with plate discipline, and C: ready to bust out this year.

Yes the AFL is a hitter's league, but he was a A+ player playing in a AA/AAA prospects league.

hey guys, also tonight 3B Miguel Sano of the Midwest LG (Beloit)

went 0-1, with 3 Walks, YES 3 BB's and not one of them was intentional walk.

GOOD for Sano. That is a great sign there, he actually has the same amount of walks as K's so far in this early season. Sano did have 1 Error while playing 3rd base however.
