  1. Yeah, we’re not gonna win with zero so one run doesn’t really hurt us
  2. lol, I think it’s safe to say, that’s a no
  3. I’m not worried about Maeda giving up a lead off homer
  4. Best college hockey team in the country
  5. Is there any doubt that Bremer jinxed Maeda?
  6. Born and raised in Duluth Minnesota I have been UMD Bulldogs Hockey fan since middle school. And of course a North Stars fan but I’ll admit I didn’t follow them too closely. I lived in Vegas when they moved to Dallas and I couldn’t believe a pro hockey team would move from Minnesota to Dallas. So I’m a Knights fan and I want to see the Dallas no stars go down. Sorry, go Twins!
  7. Clearly ph’ing him was not well thought out. Pinch Runner? Got any fast relievers?
  8. Hes getting old, stop trying to bait me, you know full well Verlander has had a great injury free career
  9. the IL list. I guess it’s circumstantial, but Verlander isn’t there much , maybe once
  10. I came late I don’t who started, probably a reliever. I believe that limiting pitch counts makes pitchers weaker and therefore causes more injuries
  11. The issue I have with bullpen games is, the more pitchers you run out there, the bigger the chance you have that at least one of them isn’t sharp. I’m for starters, throw 6 or even 7
  12. Right field is tougher than left, most balls in right are slicing away from the fielder, I still say the ball gets by him anyways, so no harm no foul, it’s gonna be a learn as you go with some of these guys
  13. Not necessarily boneheaded, it’s literally the guys first time out there, right field in the majors is not easy, maybe MOY is the bonehead for putting him out there.
  14. He’s a rookie, cut him some slack, even if he stays on his feet he still might not get to the ball so it’s past him anyways, lots of Twins veterans out here making bonehead plays on a daily basis
  15. Minnesota Tigers? Root for the home team? It’s all so confusing.
  16. We’re seeing some great defense in this series by two of the top teams in the AL Central
  17. Speaking of Gibson, Tim McCarver told a story when he was catching him. Gibson was having trouble throwing strikes so McCarver goes out to the mound. Gibson says, “What are you doing out here? You come out here to tell me about pitching? The only thing you know about pitching is that it’s hard to hit.” McCarver said he never made a mound visit again when Gibson was pitching.
  18. Thats a great story, these days warnings would be given, I guess the umps just have to be part of the story
