  1. Kansas City has lost 9 in a row. There is little doubt in my mind that they will right that ship this weekend, starting tonight
  2. Oh obviously, but baseball dreams die hard, I think there are more than a few
  3. Haha, what’s really funny is the posters who actually believe they could do it
  4. Any chance the Twins have of coming back is usually dispelled by the bullpen
  5. Don’t worry They will flop after 4 hours
  6. Their pitching was good by their standards, short season only playing divisional games, pitching would definitely make a difference
  7. I remember that people were hoping we would play the Cheetahs, I would rather have played the Yankees. I knew Houston had something to prove and what better team to do that against than the Twins
  8. There just aren’t many Kirby Pucketts around
  9. You can’t say he’s better having played less than a half season, maybe he will be, and maybe not
  10. Pitching isn’t a priority for the Twins, every year same thing. Buy some retreads and try to win with offense, that never works, oh sure you can win 100 on rare occasions but you can’t compete in the playoffs against teams with genuine ML pitching
  11. Donaldson has been good lately, but no amount of offense will ever overcome the amount of runs this pitching staff will continue to rack up
  12. Rosario would have thrown him out at home
  13. They are just so bad, and any flashes of brilliance, are usually immediately put out by pitching and defense
  14. Performing the same in a clutch situation is better than choking in a clutch situation
  15. Which is better than a whole team performing consistently worse in those situations
  16. PlayStation would never miss that call
  17. I didn’t really say that either, those qualities are very rare, like Brett Favre with the 2009 Vikings. And I know he made some defensive blunders, but if that’s why the Twins got rid of him they overlooked a few, this years defense is horrible. But he was a good clutch hitter, something the Twins desperately need.
  18. Yea you’ll make all the Rosario haters give you likes with that, but he’s a good ballplayer, and Larnach doesn’t have near the arm he has
