    The way the Twins are burning through relievers so far this year, using Topa for 1 inning to start a game (and he just pitched the night before) seems bizarre to me. If SWR needs a short leash, and David Festa needs a short leash, use them as back-to-back "starters" in the same game. Might as well let them pitch the whole game as bringing in relievers mid-game doesn't seem to improve our likeliness of winning very much. And if you have to use a closer, ok, Duran only seems to be used once or twice a week anyway. Call up Zebby to fill the other starting slot, then when Lopez is back, you can pair zebby with Paddack the same way. Just an idea.

    I don't agree. The umpires are final arbiters on all plays. If the ump says your out, your out, and that includes replay umpiring and whether they are correct or not. The rules are the rules and your replay opportunities are governed by them. Bad call? Ok. Move on, there's still more baseball to play.

    Could probably pick up Eddie Rosario from the Dodgers (hitting .339 for AAA Oklahoma) for cheap which fits ownership style.

    I got spoiled listening to Dan Orsillo and Jerry Remy doing Red Sox broadcasts. You never wanted to miss a game they were so entertaining. Remy was a gem.
