I agree, but I think Santana might actually have more trade value at the deadline when teams are desperate to add pitching. I believe his contract is for 2 more years with a team option for a 3rd. That said if someone wants Big Erv right now, I'm willing to listen. I would prefer a young hitter especially if we do deal Dozier for pitching.

I couldn't agree more! If there is an offer from the Dodgers that contains De Leon and Alverez already on the table the Twins need to take it before it's off the table.
