  1. Nationals don't need a closer...H-Rod is the ****!
  2. We should all show up to his daughter's graduation and be like, "WTF GARDY, DO YOUR ****ING JOB!" Graduations mean nothing if the team you are managing is doing poorly imo. I do agree with you in that the last thing Gardy needs is a break, he should be working harder!
  3. Is it too early to bring up the franchise: Sano?
  4. sent to bullpen for sure.
  5. I am actually confident Liriano can get it done. Still have faith, through all the chances we have given him.
  6. Interesting comparison OP. The thing that people don't realize is that Pujols is not in any kind of funk. He is declining, and declining at an alarming rate. (Will be providing some stats soon) He is and will continue to be the Dunn of 2012. GG Angles fans, too bad you can't play the Twins every night, cause thats the only team you will beat.
  7. Here we go again...
  8. Nice post Nick. So much negativity to start the season. It will be interesting to see if he can keep the average up while still hitting for power.
  9. TK is really boring, puts me to sleep. No one better then Dick and Bert.
  10. Anyone have a guess on when Sano will be at the major league level?
  11. +1. The only thing to consider is, how old will mauer and morneau (pending we actaully hang on to him) when sano is finally ready? Will these two still be elite players age wise?
  12. This is funny, I hope there is more to come.
  13. Phil Hughes might just be the man to allow it to happen.
  14. Parker brings up some good numbers, really wouldn't get too worried after 11.1 innings pitched. Increased walk rate and lower K rate is frightening though: 7.5 to 6.35 K/9 from 2011 to 11 innings in 2012. and 5.02 to 7.15 BB/9 from 2011 to 11innigns in 2012. Maybe he really is declining.
  15. Don't really have a favorite Luke Hughes moment, but always enjoyed his power/spring stats the last couple of years. 2011 - .834 OPS/ 6 hrs 2012 - .984 OPs/ 6 hrs Whether or not that power translates to the regular season we really didn't give him a chance. We know his average suffers. I will still miss him.
  16. He'll be back for sure.
  17. The game might be canceled tonight due to rain.
  18. I think hes going to **** it up.
  19. How many runs can the angles score? Awful just awful.
  20. Wish I could have been at the game to see it, bet that **** was hilarious.
  21. Don't you understand sample size? 3 games does not equal 162. You can't base the entire year off of 3 games.
  22. people are so mad today.
  23. Well maybe we'll only lose 98 games instead of 99 this year!!
