Listen I get it. He goes for it on 4th down a lot. And it works a lot. But not every situation is the same. It’s a 3 point game and you just handed your opponent at least a field goal.

Our old friend Kevin stefanski, feel bad for the guy. Near .500 as a head coach, good considering it’s the browns, but gotta figure he’s got one year left. Bet he’d love to have Sam instead of watson. Could probably do good things together.

Ugh Jameis just threw an awful pick 6. Brutal. Browns would love to have Sam if they didn’t make one of the worst qb signings ever a few years back.

Another thing to consider: if darnold wins a couple playoff games (big if) and the Vikings let him walk….the fans aren’t going to have a lot of patience with JJMc. You’re almost setting him up for a rough time. No young guy just comes in and dominates without bumps in the road.

Darnold doesn’t turn 28 until June. He’s still young. Lamar will be 28 in January. Mahomes will be 30 in September. Kirko had a good year for us last season at 36. Just something else to Ponder (sorry)
