    Big old circuitous route and no arm by Castro on that play there. Correa eats that up and we're out of the inning. I wonder what Lee can do at SS. But we'll never know cuz no way Rocco puts him there.

    What's this bunting stuff you talk about? Is it effective?

    It's such a difficult call because you only get one look at it and the sound of ball on the knob/handle vs ball on the hand is pretty similar. At the HS level, we don't have replay to fall back on. We basically have to go based on the batter's reaction and depending on what level can determine the sincerity of that reaction.

    If you have an MLB.TV subscription, the game is also on there so no need for the Roku.

    12:50CT start time announced on the Tweeter. The Roku game is free on their app and their website. Just have to start an account. I'm waiting for game to start to see if MLB.TV subscription allows it too.

    Can't get that 'more' from Larnach when he's being pinch hit for *checks notes* Diego A Castillo. I think MLB and the HOF are doing a disservice to Twins fans with how today's game is scheduled. Both entities could have taken advantage of having a 2pm CT start, open the gates early, and have the Mauer HOF speech early enough in the program that it could be streamed on the videoboard. Instead, MLB schedules the game for noon, the HOF ceremonies begin at 12:30, and Mauer is due to be the last speaker.

    I pity those who had the under in this game.

    You are correct in your assessment. But it's frustrating when they continue to run PH roulette, especially with a guy who is 0-22 in that spot, and do it so early that they hamstring themselves in later innings as well as the lack of simple extra inning strategy as the home team in a tie game and they implode. Sometimes, simple baseball is winning baseball. Brewers played smallball and should have won the game with that in the 11th.

    Someone here has said it many times -- close games are won on the margins and this team is terrible in those margins. A lot of it falls at the feet of the manager, who has proven in his time here that he still has ZERO clue how to strategize crucial situations, whether it's at the plate or on the mound.
