    Twins win!! Huge to win that series after a stinker against the Astros. Now we get 3 against the A's, where we should win at least 2 more, and the White Sox begin a 5 gamer with the Royals over the next 4 days. Urshella was fantastic, Buxton homered and more importantly did so after slamming into the wall, and the pitching was fantastic once again after burning through all of the bullets in a loss last night. Until late tomorrow, ENJOY YOUR CHICKEN!

    Interesting start from Ryan. Threw a ton of fastballs, over 3/4ths of the time. He's always a heavy fastball guy, but was even more so today. Only got one swing and miss on a non-fastball, and didn't strike hitters out the way he usually does, but was one baseball length away from throwing a scoreless outing.

    Looked like Buxton let up a little bit (which is completely fine). Hopefully he is okay from that. Imagine he'll be a little sore, but hopefully he stays in the game following the half inning.

    Gio starting to heat up is great to see. The glove has been there all along. If he's an average hitter, he's a pretty dang good 3rd base option.

    Losing a Bieber v Smeltzer start isn’t “bad” and was probably expected, especially without buxton and Correa in the lineup. However, this is one you may be looking back on later in the year and think “what if.” Absolutely have to win tomorrow after getting swept by Houston this week

    Letting this game end with an MVP on the bench in favor of a .600 OPS hitter (who happens to play the same position) is malpractice.
