    Pineda was really good. The first inning was rusty, but not entirely his fault with the blunder to start it off. 6 inning, 2 runs, against this lineup is great.

    Twins catch a break and get a run...Marwin is slow. Like really slow. He has the lowest sprint speed on the team at 24.3 FT/S. For comparison, Sano runs 26.8 FT/S, 6th on the team

    Maybin was traded to the Cubs, but other than that nothing. I do agree with your line of thinking.

    Very, very disappointed we didn't add anything. It didn't need to be a starter (and I was against that), but would've liked to see a right handed bat (Kevin Pillar), or a reliever just to make the bullpen that much stronger (Archie Bradley). The return for Bradley did not look real strong, and would like to think the Twins could have topped that. The one weakness in this front office, in my mind, has been the trade deadline. At some point you have to push the chips in.

    I am pretty much at a loss of words. Since starting 10-2, we are now 10-13....and have been swept by the Royals and Tigers. This team is just playing horrible baseball right now, and bring the hot Chicago White Sox into town. This is the biggest series of the year

    We're using thorpe here? Thought he was starting game 2....guess we're going with a bullpen game again. Not a huge fan of burning through the bullpen in these BP games.

    Yep, and only 5 times this month have they scored 5+ runs in a game. For a team with offense as a strength, it isn't very good.

    This may be the most frustrating game of all year. The defense hasn't been good. The pitching hasn't been good, and the at bats have been horrible. Kepler has to catch that ball
