Oh well. Comebacks are always long shots... Thanks all! Last evenin' game 'til after the all star. I don't think it will help the twins much, but i just remembered: paper covers rock.
Orange temp fencing is gauche. How many bolts of fabric would it take to curtain it tastefully? Can we watch from the fenced off portion? Perhaps serve tea and scones?
To his credit, Johnson hasn't issued any walks yet. He's been relying on his defense. Alas, Molitor can't shift a player into the stands... At least the dog will enjoy the game!
Then, whoever pinch pitches for that pinch hitter, and so forth... Ah, the violence inherent in the system. I've been whiling away the pregame time listening to the online radio broadcasts of minor league teams. That's one silver lining with west coast games.
I know it's splitting hairs, but does one really get to the place you start in? My favorite difference is that we got to home plate (by way of 3rd base) more often than they did. Granted, the two are related somehow. But yeah! Hooray for win, and all related baseball happenings. When's the last time we took a road series in Seattle?
The quick summary: Pino gives up a solo homer, but strands the bases loaded... twice. Twins score the first two on a double steal/overthrow and a sack fly, then the next two on a Morales (or is that KP?) double over the center fielder. Twins have gotten two calls reversed on challenges as well. I actually haven't been following too closely, but hamster seems to be the word of the day.
The bulk of my textile knowledge is from the ballad of harry lewis:
And there is an instance doily should be capitalized, namely when it is well, a name, as in D'oyle Carte. Good luck on the curtains, Ash!
I also am happy with Suzuki at 3rd for that exact reason. I imagine there is a general belief though, that 3rd and 4th batters should be greater power threats, perhaps?
