No, i'm pretty sure they are still 5th seed as best wild card if they don't win the division? Sure, 3rd best record, but no qualitative difference.

Does tomorrow's Lion game matter somehow? They still would take the division by beating us next week. Would it affect a possible Eagles tie breaker for first seed? Nope. Better conference record. Winner of next week Lions Vikings game gets first seed no matter what.

Yeah. they're in, but not too likely to change position. Avoiding injuries is probably their priority. We'll see the real packers if we meet in the play offs.
