  1. 6-2 After 7. We can score 4 runs in 2 innings, right?
  2. I like Albers from his debut. I am glad they are giving him a chance. Though he doesn't seem to be running with it as well as one might hope.
  3. Yeah, announcers/gameday updaters are also slow to get the changes right. Either they don't know the lineup if the changes come on the field, or they don't know the position of the pinch hitter/runner.
  4. Sigh... I believe Riddle gets credit for a stolen base, picking a wild pitch to run on, then gets caught off second when the throw comes back... Sigh.
  5. The change over of players has occurred... Too lazy to post new line ups.
  6. Oh well, Boston takes a lread on a goofy pop up down the left field everyone thinks will be caught if it is in play or foul if it is not. Turns out to hit the line... Sometimes it bounces that way.
  7. Chris Herrmann is a familiar name... Good to see him still playing!
  8. Agressive at the plate too. I might have missed something, but they saw around 6 pitches that inning?
  9. Cave steals 2nd. We seem to be running pretty good.
  10. Glad to see that. Although it is an interesting hypothetical to ask how do you do worse than everyone hitting homeruns off you.
  11. Astudillo manufactures a run with his speed...
  12. At least they went to different parts of the stands... Wouldn't want anyone think they weren't being fair.
  13. 2-0 Boston after 2 batters....Wonder what Berrios is working on?

  15. Good to know. Gameday is still stuck with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th.
  16. "Flies out to center fielder in foul territory" Quality gameday updating. Wish i'd seen that!
  17. Little bunny foo-foo style?
  18. So they scored on one of our relievers, and we ain't returned the favor? Fair enough... "single on soft grounder to the catcher" sigh. I would be happier if they bunted for a hit, but oh well.
  19. They are 1-0, i see. How come?
  20. Saturday morning cartoons have gone the way of the dodo. Now cartoons are an on demand thing you can watch late into the night, rather than something to trick you into doing the poor richard's almanack thing of getting up early even when you don't have to. And to get you to want to buy cheaply constructed plastic toys which may have tortured you long term by fostering unrealistic expectations. No matter how hard i try, i won't be able to turn into a car like an autobot. Er... sorry. I just started typing and it all came out. Anyway, enjoy the Twins game, even if you slept in a bit! 21. If folk haven't seen it http://twinsdaily.com/topic/49893-mike-bell-twins-bench-coach-passes-away/ RIP Mike Bell!
  22. This sounds like an oxymoron. If they are a free agent, then they aren't signed, and how can a team trade someone who doesn't play for them? As far as players who signed as free agents... Only limitations are those written into the contract? Well, and they may have to pass through waivers if it is after the trade deadline? I think there used to be a limitation on trading drafted players within a year of signing... But i recollect that being the case a decade or so ago, and much has changed since then.
  23. Yup, Randy s #68. And he was born in South Park!
  24. 5th to last game of spring training. There is in fact more daytime that night time on our side of the world. Breathe in the fresh air, perhaps through a mask if you aren't alone. I like to think W. in our line up stands for "i know better than to jinx us", but i could be wrong. I look forward to seeing what Kyle does from the 2 hole. And i can't help thinking of the chamber of secrets when i see this short stop in the lineup. Braves of Atlanta 0. Bryse Wilson (R ) P 1. Ender Inciarte ( L) LF 2. Ehire Adrianza ( S ) SS 3.
