    I like conceiving of these types of plans almost as much as listening to them. The "let's tug an iceberg to the tropics" sorts of plans. Akin to "if we all jump at noon, maybe we can knock the the earth into afurther orbit to counter act global warming" kinda of plans, they probably are not yet practical... But when one is, boy will it be exciting!
