    Padres bullpen is lights out, this game is done. If Martin Perez beats the Twins tomorrow I'm placing a large bet against this team making the postseason.

    Silver lining, with Cleveland having the tiebreaker being 2.5 back after tonight is practically the same as 2 back. But yeah, if you don't right the ship tomorrow it doesn't matter.

    And we were 5-2 against the Rangers, so that could have easily been us. But as we all know, this organization and players who can't get it done in crunchtime are a match made in heaven.

    Still doesn't change the fact that they couldn't take 3 out of 4 against Cleveland after getting the first 2 and pissing away a huge 4 game road sweep yesterday.

    Miranda and Lewis are a clown show at third base. Bad bad loss. Tiebreaker means we're 3 back of the Guardians, could and should have been 2.

    Alcala was always a ticking time bomb. FIP and xFIP indicated he was pitching way above his peripherals.

    And at the end of the day, Julien was an 18th round pick, the fact that he had 1 good big league season is already an outlier, he shouldn’t be in the organization’s plans moving forward.

    Lineup is just flat out terrible without Correa and Buxton. If someone doesn’t put the ball in the seats they are incapable of scoring.

    Rocco really made the bullpen management stupid tonight by throwing Duran out there in the 7th in a game we were losing on Wednesday.

    Ridiculous, Garcia has a below average OPS this year and turns into Barry Bonds against the Twins.
