    Agreed. You can't sit Culpeper and you can't sit Jenkins, beyond normal rest.

    Delaying him until divisional games that 'matter' help ensure that those games won't matter if we go 0-3 against Oakland. :(

    I'd guess (but without playoffs we will never be able to prove) the guys you might find that come up big are Clemens, Keaschall, Lee; Kremer, Minter, Gomez, We have more talented guys but they don't seem to perform when needed the most. I'd add Bell, Culpepper, and Ober to that list too.

    The playoff chase was the worst thing that happened to him; we'd be willing to ride it out and might not have even put him on the block if we didn't feel some urgency. This is our thanks?
