    Luke has been great this last week...but somebody called him a phenom. It's a bit early to make that call. Lewis was in a similar situation not too long ago and now people have posted to trade him. I want to see his status at the end of September after he gets through the pitchers who become more aware of any weaknesses. He is a spark and my hope is that it leads to a fire. Right now, boy would it be fun to at least 2 of 3 from those damn Yankees. I sat through too many horrible playoff games with that team.🥹

    I like Clemens at 1st base, since he hustles and knows the game. My hope is that his hitting can become more consistent.

    Be nice.. depends on who is at bat...unfortunately players don't practice nowadays nor is it used on this team

    When making an assessment on the worst player...one should consider a full season...there are flashes in the pan such as Gasper who are present due to the FO and manager's decision to play him.. and others who linger on teams for a season with a negative WAR and produce prolonged damage.. just Google them...even Hocking who many liked stunk...
