Stewart has allowed 4 of 7 inherited runners to score. Not good.

Using 5 relievers per game is not sustainable. If SWR is really making adjustments as Rocco says he is, he should be able to face a lineup 3 times.
  3. ziggy
Too bad he did not see the lead off walk coming.

    and 2 first inning runs.

Jeffers talking to the next batter and the guy in the on deck circle. Must have something on Imanaga.
  6. ziggy
First three Twins hitters swing at the first two pitches from Imanaga.

Nice start by Sim. Broadcast isn't too choppy, I think they will smooth out as the night goes along.

Sellers equate to the failed promise of "sustained competability" that was promised to Correa before he signed the last contract. I think they sit pat and do nothing except massage the egos of the current players.

Not only did Duran get snubbed off of the ASG roster, I have read a few articles about snubbed players and he did not get a mention there either. If I was managing to win the game, I would want 3 starters and the rest dominant set up men and closers.

I really wish the Twins hitters would quit trying to pull outside pitches. Groundout every time.

    great slide by Larnach

come back time. Also time for someone besides Buck to start the comeback.

not gonna happen. It's who he is.
  14. ziggy
Try as he might Correa didn't hit into a double play ........

This is the Buxton I have waited to see for almost 10 years. The man can be a game changer.

    Buck Truck Time.
  17. ziggy
TB hitters breaking the rules again and hitting the outside pitches to the opposite field.

and the Twins show the reason they are dead last in bases loaded run production.
  19. ziggy
    only 380 feet short.
  20. ziggy
uh uo, bases loaded and no outs. Cryptonyte.....
  21. ziggy
hopefully you will not see 9 pitchers.
  22. ziggy
    surely you jest
  23. ziggy
Naw, if it was union initiated the rule would be every game, not series. I hope we win today.
  24. ziggy
Looks a late start, tarp going on the infield as I type. I guess we will be reaping the rewards of the pitching pipeline today.
  25. ziggy
Buck didn't get the chance. Darn it.
