    Albers should replace ineffective Diamond now. Ibarra or Tonkin could replace ineffective Duensing in the bullpen.

    Parmelee should be sent down a while ago. Florimon has been doing all right lately. But he is not really impressing anyone. Escobar has not had much playing time. Actually I like Escobar better because he is younger. I think Escobar is going to take Carroll's job next year.

    Hendriks had not had any success in the major league even when he had no arm problem and was lights out in the minor league. 1 win out of 20+ starts in the major league? That's just amazing. He's been given a lot of opportunities in the past. He is still young, age is on his side.

    No doubt Plouffe is a good hitter, he could be a good DH, 1B or utility guy when Morneau is gone. He is just not as young as Arcia and Hicks. I would not trade Plouffe and Perkins this season.

    Deduno deserves a spot in the rotation. Albers deserves to be promoted.

    Swarzak is a good long reliever, I would take him over Diamond. I would not move anyone in the bullpen since they have all been relatively solid this season. (Duensing has been a bit shaky recently, maybe Diamond could take his spot since they are both lefty? I doubt Gardenhire would let that happen.)

    Plain and simple, Diamond and Pelfrey should be demoted, Albers and Gibson should be promoted to major league right now.
