Nice article. I would consider a trade Bednar & Stratton of the pirates as both ground ball pitchers with good stats, ages 29-27, reasonable priced with controllable years on contracts. A true rental pitcher is Pirates Quintanna, age 33 go stats and reasonable salary of $2m for 1 year.It would probably take something prospects like Martin, Sands, Steer, Strotsman.

Another trade with the “A”  Blackman & Traveno.

A trade with Cincinnati for Mahle who more reasonable than Castillo or Montas of the “A” would be fine. The Padres have several rental pitchers that could pitch but you never know what the Padres will do. The “Debacks, Orioles, Rays, Red Sox have potential, Milwaukee seems to make an unexpected trade.
