    Hughes has never impressed me when I watch him throw. Personal Bias that is mine for what it's worth.

    I'll continue to do what I do. Watch them play and hope for improvement. Hopefully they will learn how to win. The team won't tank on purpose... It's not a possibility. Players are playing for Contracts... Careers... Jobs. The front office can trade way all assets and go young but the young guys will still be expected to try and win and compete. You can acquire minor league talent to build for the future but what they learn at the MLB level is still critical when you build for the future and that includes so called stop gap players. Whoever is in the lineup from now until October... Strap it on... Get your eye black on and compete. Let the record be what it will be.
