  1. Based on the small sample size of the fresh Centeno Twins Career. It hasn't been remotely close. Centeno has been a much better hitter and the much stronger arm and I also love his energy. Now... for fair consideration... The Catcher position is important beyond personal stats because they call the pitches and must work with the pitchers and this influences the game in ways that are harder to quantify. I will add without stats to back me that it seems like he Centeno has caught some of our better pitching performances. And just to throw it out there. The Twins are 4-7 When Centeno Starts 8-23 When Suzuki Starts
  2. Ryan and Molitor... Both or a varied combination of... need to stop this crap immediately. I love what Grossman has been doing... He's been our best player since he was signed out of desperation and who knows... maybe he kicked off a career here. I'm pulling for him and let him continue. BUT Right now... there is absolutely no reason for Grossman to start 11 games while Arcia starts 3. Nobody in this lineup should see extended time on the bench or in the field. Rotate players in and out and everybody will see sufficient time to show what they can do and the information acquired can be used to make important decisions for 2017. I don't want to see Arcia cast aside because Molitor or someone decided that he wasn't going to make it and benched him in May which will basically kill him with the organization because someone said so and then didn't give him ample opportunity to prove him wrong. The same someone who made the assessments that got us where we are today. There is enough playing time for everyone... Rotate Grossman, Buxton, Kepler, Arcia, Park and Mauer. 6 players for 5 positions... 3 OF positions along with 1B and DH... nobody has to atrophy and everybody plays significant innings. When Sano comes back he can play less RF... still play RF but play more 3B and Plouffe can play some DH and sit on occasion to accommodate. RF Defense will be just a little bit better by Sano playing less out there and you can get a nice look at how Sano does at 3B instead of just etching Plouffe at 3B in stone every single damn day. And everybody knows... eventually.. you will trade Plouffe for a right handed bullpen piece with an 88 MPH Fastball and then you will be slamming Sano back into third. This isn't that hard Nunez, Dozier and Escobar can rotate the middle infield spots and at 3B until Sano comes back. When Nunez takes a baseball off his unhelmeted head while stretching a single into a double and needs to be DL'ed. Call up Polanco and put him right into that rotation. Seriously... this isn't that hard right now... Give all players on the 25 man a chance to prove themselves... right here... right now. The Pressure is off... It's June... The Twins have a winning percentage of .294 and they are 7 and a half games behind the 2nd worst record in the American League. The Twins are nearing out of contention for 2nd worst record in the American League. If we don't have front office personnel and field staff who recognize that this is the sensible way to go at this moment in time. We have the wrong people. They created this mess and this is the only way to get anything good out of this mess. It's something that competing clubs can't do. Because of how bad you have been this year... You have an advantage to play players and actually see what they do for an extended period of time. Forget your personal projections or assessments... You don't have to draw hard lines prematurely and make tough decisions based on what may be faulty opinions (and have been faulty opinions so far)... The players can actually help you decide by how they actually do instead of how you think they will do. This staff made assessments and awarded starting jobs to people who failed in almost complete totality. So this staff needs to stop pretending that they are always right and just stop making those assessments for awhile and just let the players prove themselves or not prove themselves. For 2017... NOT 2016!!!
  3. In the B Flat Chord. The B Flat is the root D is the third F is the Fifth If you... instead of playing an F... play an F# The chord is now called B Flat Augmented. (Bb+) That explanation is the best I can do and probably wrong.
  4. Dear Paul Moiltor, Please play Max Kepler while he's up. Give him a fair chance to show what he can do. Rotate your 4 OF'ers so nobody gets stuck on the bench. Max Kepler will be someone you will have to work with in 2017 so you might as well start now. Sincerely, Riverbrian
  5. It wasn't Abad pitch... If he would have thrown Abad Pitch... Things would have been fine.
  6. For an example of how tired I am. I just checked the Red Wings Box Score to find out how Buxton was doing.
  7. Cats are don't mark time. They sleep during the day and can be full of energy at midnight. They probably don't even know it's Wednesday.
  8. I think Buxton could avoid some K's by being more aggressive and swinging at pitches earlier in the count.
  9. You know I wouldn't have a problem with it... but I'd be confused on why you thought I was Jay Leno.
  10. Jeez LaPlanta "We will talk about how the Twins were done in by' You say that... In the 8th inning.
  11. Sometimes I am... and sometimes I ain't. My chin has collided with my chest a few times.
  12. I've done tasteless before... Hope you still think I'm alright. The Video was quite chilling and the Gorilla is probably my favorite animal but they had no choice.
  13. It don't matter to me If you walked around telling everybody Aubrey was your name.
  14. Yeah but you take it too far http://failhair.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/bread-face-300x268.jpg
  15. And Led Zeppelin was played next to Bread.
  16. There are some kick ass 90's tunes that I have to crank every time I hear them.
  17. ChiTown... I'm glad you got that joke. Others may not have.
  18. Yeah everything was fine. My instant change in complexion allowed me to play vampire with my girlfriend after the game.
  19. Now I got Crazy Town "Butterfly" in my head and I know it wasn't what you intended... but it happened.
  20. Yeah... It all changed for me when I learned how to play a B Flat on Piano. When I moved the F in that chord to F Sharp... My weirdness became augmented.
  21. It's OK... It's grass roots. So... Umm... I can Wait a Million Years but Sooner or Later.. The Membership will grow.
  22. Musicians are simply weird. I'll never understand why Elton wanted a small child surgically attached to his leg.
