    If Gardy was worried about overtaxing his BP, then he shouldn't have used 3 guys to get the final 6 outs.

    Correia was already starting to look shaky in the 7th. The umps gifted him that first out (Dunn), which he followed with a 4 pitch walk. It was at this point Dick or Bert said something like "no action in either bullpen" and I thought to myself that was going to be a problem. Correia got out of the inning, to his credit, but I was shocked that after we tied it up in the 7th, Gardy trotted Correia back out there. Then, as was mentioned above, the leadoff guy smoked a double in the RF gap, and STILL no pitching change. I just don't get it, I mean, it felt obvious to EVERYONE that Correia was losing it. I don't often get down on Gardy, but man, that was some bad man'gin.

    So Gardy was prepared to use 3 pitchers once we fell behind, but wanted to make sure to keep the guys fresh when we were tied.

    Sort of, I guess. But I think most guys are available tonight with the possible exception of Burton. Inexcusable to leave Correia out there. He was clearly losing it and we were lucky to be tied. We hadn't deserved to be tied, but it sure was nice that we were.

    2 batters late. Gardy was the only one that didn't see that Correia was losing control. So frustrating

    C'mon Gardy, I think you are the only one that has any confidence in Correia in the 8th.

    I realize this, but is it realistic for Walker to stick in the OF? Obviously, with prospects we're dealing with a fairly low hit-rate in terms of getting to the majors, but Walker seems like a prototype major league 1B (assuming he gets near his ceiling)

    Tell me I am not the only one that assumed Adam Brett Walker II was a 6'4" white guy. I've heard comments, probably on here, but maybe somewhere else about how it might be difficult for him to keep weight off with his size and build. Could he be a 2015/16 potential solution at 1B? Seems like he could be a prototypical modern 1B. Masher. OK Average. K rate a little higher than you'd like.

    I've said it before and I will say it again.... The error stat is meaningless at this point. We all know that was an error and Arcia would probably agree, but god forbid the actually score it as one.
