I do not like this idea. Kepler has been battling injuries for 4 years. He's been on the IL 7 times since 2020. He's still great in RF, the best that has not won a gold glove. Still plays more than most outfielders. This would just increase Keplers chances of getting injured. Just sign MAT, start transitioning Buxton to 1B.

I'm a hard no on returning to Bally's. No one has done more to limit access to live sports than them. Do not like amazon either as anthoer subscription I will not do. Prefer over the air. Easily accessible as well as included in cable/satellite/streaming services already paying for. Hubbard broadcasting(MN/Western WI/Northern Iowa) kstp flagship, Forum Communications (ND/SouthernCanada) wday flagship, and Nexstar(SD/NW Iowa) keloland. All games would be on these companies secondary stations such as 5.2 in the twin cities.

Thank you. Corbin Carroll is under contract for 8 years though. He would be pre arb but technically never will be and he still receives a bonus from his pool. I guess I'm still confused.

Question, does this arrangement mean Ohtani received the bonus for MVP? Another question, since arbitration contracts are somewhat based off of previous years earnings, will this be incorporated into first year arbitration contracts? Example of Jeffers estimated arbitration of $2.3 but since he actually earned $1.05. Will he be starting at a higher baseline?

I like this idea, although I think the guaranteed should be more. Glyber Torres is expected for $15.3 in his 4th year of arbitration this year. 4 years from now will be much more expensive. Lewis is better overall, though Lewis's injury history decreases his current value. I'd go with $45 guaranteed, team options of 25 and 30 in years 6 and 7. Total possible of 7 years $100.

I am going to be sad to see Prato gone. I'm thinking he will be picked in the top 10 of the rule 5. A righty bat with his high OBP, wRC+ 153 at AAA and speed while playing 2B and LF fits our roster well. He's a perfect 13th man. Keirsey will not be picked so still with us in StP next year. Twins pick a pitcher in this years rule 5, lots of open spots. -
His AA numbers were much better this year but that was with a .377 Babip. The AAA numbers were okay with the .734 ops, but that was a 93 wRC+. I don't see anyone taking him. His fielding and running are great. Just not enough for a 40 man, let alone a MLB roster.
